It's an awesome little photo editing program. Extremely easy to navigate with it's dial startup interface. Includes picture frames, drawing and full retouching capabilities. So stable that it never crashes even when processing batch editing and there are pay for programs that crash on site of very large files. Installation is a wizz, bang, done!

Still exploring all the functionality and for appearance, I simply don't understand why anyone would give Photoscape less than a solid 10!!!
